Consultation & Scope

We discuss your needs via WhatsApp or call. You receive a clear checklist, quotation and timeline. A consultation fee confirms seriousness and protects your time.

Agreement & Documents

You receive a service agreement and required document list. You submit documents digitally. We confirm and verify before any government submission.

Execution & Representation

We physically visit offices, submit applications, follow up, coordinate contractors or inspections, and handle compliance steps on your behalf.

Reporting & Delivery

You receive updates, photos, receipts and documents. Diaspora and investors also receive periodic reports and reminders for renewals and obligations.

Do I need to be in Zambia?

No. Many of our clients are in the UK, South Africa, Australia and the US. We act as your on‑ground operations contact.

How do payments work?

50% upfront to begin work. Government fees are separate. Balance is due upon completion or reporting milestone.

How will I know work was actually done?

We provide receipts, submission confirmations, photos and regular updates. Representation clients receive structured reports.

Do you also build websites?

Yes. We set up websites, online stores, booking systems, emails and digital business tools as part of StartEasy Activate.
